Powerful and effective – for deep tissue and surface treatments
One of the largest area lasers in the world, the GigaLaser is designed for targeting:
- large areas of the body;
- large-area muscle groups;
- large-area surface/skin conditions
For example: the whole lower back for back pain, the whole hip post-surgery, the whole knee for arthritis pain, the whole face for acne etc.
With 36 laser diodes, the GigaLaser delivers a very large dosage of laser light in a short amount of time.
The GigaLaser is HyperPulsed™ with a peak output power of 36,000mW (average: 18,000mW).
This provides a deeper penetration into the tissue, compared to continuous wave, while maintaining an average output power that prevents excessive heating or damaging of the tissue.
Unattended therapy
The GigaLaser can be used unattended, giving you the freedom to do other treatments at the same time, see other patients/clients, or take care of other business.
Large area treatment
The GigaLaser covers an area of 500cm2 (77in2) and can deliver broad, safe, and effective laser therapy to any area of the body.
The head of the GigaLaser can easily be adjusted in three dimensions: wrap, tilt, or rotate into any position to fit your treatment area, e.g. the lower back, a hip, a knee, the face.
Multi-wavelength – for optimal results
The GigaLaser is equipped with 36 laser diodes, as well as 144 red LEDs and 144 blue LEDs.
With a simple flick of a switch, you can adjust the GigaLaser to emit either one, two, or three wavelengths of therapeutic light simultaneously, both maximizing results and reducing treatment times:
- Near infrared – 808nm (laser)
Stimulates stressed mitochondria to produce ATP at normalized levels, supercharging the natural healing process and other biological processes.
- Red light – 660nm (LED
Increases the blood circulation and the formation of collagen tissue.

How many sessions will I need?
Tissue repairs on its own timeline, so this is a course, not a one-off. Most people work in a block of regular sessions over several weeks. We'll give you an honest estimate once we've seen what we're working with, and adjust as your body responds.
Who is this for?
People in perimenopause, when cycles and symptoms have started to change; people who are postmenopausal; people looking beyond or alongside HRT; and anyone wanting to protect bone, heart and brain health for the long term.
When will I notice a difference?
Some people feel a shift in the first week or two; for others it builds more gradually. Because we're working with the repair process rather than masking pain, the changes that come tend to hold. We'll track it with you honestly, session by session.
Does the treatment hurt, or is there downtime?
Sessions are gentle and non-invasive. You lie comfortably while the therapies are applied. Nothing about it is uncomfortable, and there is no downtime. Most clients feel nothing during a red light session, which is normal.
Can this help with intimate or bladder symptoms?
The genitourinary tissues thin as oestrogen falls. Light-based therapy is an emerging, non-hormonal option that may support comfort in this area. The evidence is promising rather than proven, and we will always say which is which.
What kinds of pain does this help with?
Recurring muscle and joint pain, tendon and ligament trouble, stiffness, and pain that has outstayed the injury that caused it. If your pain is new, severe, or coming from something that needs a diagnosis first, we'll point you back to your doctor.
